At the same time, Ripon Singh encountered a moisture problem on his window in his new home in Stoney Creek, which is equipped with an energy recovery ventilator (ERV). He paid $56.
His ERV and water heater for a month.
On January 2015, the course of action detailed the case of Nicole Cornell, two years after she moved into her new Ancaster home, start to receive a second bill from her hot water heater supplier for the heat recovery system for the power pipe.
She said that the rental cost was never disclosed in her sales agreement and that the leasing company then told Action Line that it would stop billing her.
A spokesman for Tarion Warranty said that such disputes are often not covered by the new home warranty.
"The warranty contract for renting or leasing electrical appliances is usually signed between the leasing company and the owner --
