portable table top air cooler - air cooler working without water

This is my first article in structure.
This is one of the portable air coolers for 3D printing.
I do this because in some areas, there is no AC or fan and it is difficult to solve the huge power supply problem in summer.
So you can use it whether it's outside or a small workstation.
Communication input is not required.
So you can run anywhere with a battery.
Alternatively, you can run this feature using a PC, laptop, usb hub, or usb charger.
I have planned to reduce printing waste and confusion step by step.
I can't innovate, but I can implement it, so I refer to the traditional air cooler model and look at how it works.
Then I started this with a pencil sketch.
I make a list of whatever material is needed.
There are two parts.
One is the cabinet.
I did this with 3D printing and I explained it in step 3rd.
There is also the electrical part.
Almost all the materials I collect from the garbage are under the material list. a)
Old CPU 120mm fan (
For best results, you can use a 12 v dc motor with a higher RPM)b)
3 v dc motor for water pump. (
I am using the 3 V DC motor of the 3d printed water pump body, it is a bit difficult to adjust, so for the best results you can buy any 3 V DC Water Pump)c)Dc-
DC power boost.
I used two different voltage circuits.
One for the fan and the other for the pump motor. (
It's hard to get material in my country.
You can do this circuit manually if you get the LT1073 chipset). d)DPDT Switch -2 (
You can use any switch 2-way input to one output off)e)USB connecter -1 f)
4-core adapter for AA battery (I printed this.
You can buy it on the market but can buy any slim fit design as it should fit the front panel)g)
Small pipe connecting water pump and ice tray h)
Necessary items such as welding, lead and melting aids, single-stand wires, millimeters, small nuts and bolts, glue, knife etcStep 3 and 4 are very important.
I turned my plan into a number.
The measurements here are very important because all the electronic components and DC motor pumps should be placed in the right place, which is also portable.
I measured all the electronic parts and made the 3d model.
So I planned the height of it. 5" length 6".
View the picture 3d model using 3D printing.
You need two different circuit connections, please refer to the chart)
Fan3 volt input managed by the switch, in order to avoid short circuit, it does not work at a time.
Here the DPDT switch has two inputs and one output.
One input for the battery and another input for the USB.
An output from switch to Dc step-up booster(
Adjustable DC-XL6009DC Step-up Boost).
Check the input voltage in the multi-Mitter.
Check the output voltage from DC to DC-up booster.
Adjust it to 12 V and connect it to a 12 v dc fan. b)
Input 1 of pump motor.
A battery of 4 volts. put any on-
Turn off the switch in the middle and connect it to another DC to Dc step-up booster(.
9 V to 5 V boost).
Same here, check the input voltage.
You can't adjust the output in this booster, it will give 5. 1 volt itself.
Connect it to the 3 volt pump motor.
This is just a common input for the pump motor.
If you need to turn off the fan mode of the switch, turn off the switch if you need to turn on the cooler mode of the switch. (
For better control, you can run 2 DC motors from a single input using the Adriano board. )
Please note and connect to positive and-
Avoid damage.
Connect all wires and components.
Look at my connection in the picture.
Check the assembly image.
It's easy.
You need to drill holes anywhere with nuts and bolts (such as fans, switch panels, top covers, etc.
Connect the pump and motor at the appropriate angle and height, tighten with screws or glue to avoid vibration.
Connect a small pipe from the water pump to the ice tray.
Flow the sponge from the ice tray to the bottom tank.
I made some graphics for glamor touch.
It would also be nice if some text, words were added.
Then, only it looks like the finished output.
I created the Bellow image and printed the sticker. WOW !
Nice to see after adding stickers. run cooler. . . Be. . . COOL.
